I have a 2002 ford escape 4 wheel drive. My check engine light came on, I had it scanned and it came back "Random Misfire Cylinder 6" I did not get the code #. Where is the 6th cylinder located as you are looking at the engine from the front of the car? I am going to try and do a few things, such as: Plug wires, Plug, etc. Could it possibly be the coil? or maybe fuel injector? This is the second time this has happened, after scanning and resetting, it didn't miss or? It actually doesn't seem to affect the way it runs, hmmm.
