factory set 5 digit entry code
 

new the forum. just bought 2009 Ford escape limited. one key and generic manual and no ower's wallet card. . where do I find the factory set entry code.

If you purchased the vehicle at a ford dealership thay may have pulled the code from the computer when preparing the vehicle for the lot. If not the only way that I know of is to take it to a Ford dealership and have them hook up to it and get the code, we would charge 1/2 hour labor for this but every dealership is different.I have heard of the code being printed on a label and stuck on the side of the fuse box, I personally have never seen this.
