This is going to sound strange but here goes,
While driving down the road the heater will come on and blow full blast out the defrost. It will not turn off the only way to turn off is to stop the car and turn off the ignition. This has happened a few times about 3 or 4 months ago and then now it has come back. Today it happened twice but this time I was able to shut off by just hitting the fan button. the heater was already on and set at 68 degres. Any body else have this gremlin.
