How many miles on your escape?
Looks like you are the highest so far, your 2008 Escape at 237,000 miles beats out my 2011 Ford Escape 3.0L, 345,000km, 214,000 Miles.....
What engine are you running on your beast...has it been fairly clean sailing mechanical wise?
Your tranny still strong as ever? My tranny feels excellent however that is really the only thing that scare me a little, however cannot complain if it does as it has given me more service than it is likely designed for.
I'm a few years (3) behind you so still time to catch up...lol. i plan on keeping this one for a lot more years perhaps even putting a hitch on seeing i never did get around to that on this one.
Where abouts are you in the US....do you have to contend with a lot of snow? I'm from Toronto, Canada here so do have snow and salt to contend with, body is in pretty good shape overall i just did a few touch ups a month back or so.

The 2.3L Atkinson cycle engine was the only choice on the hybrid. It's been really solid to date, as has the transmission (CVT). Located in Southern California, so no salt/snow/winter-related issues. I could stand to get the windshield seals replaced, as the SoCal sun is rough on rubber. Had to replace the hybrid battery pack a little over a year ago, and I'm overdue for service and need to get the windshield washer pump replaced, but it's been incredibly reliable from a general mechanical standpoint. Only major issue has been an AC problem that cropped up just after it went out of warranty. If I were still commuting 20k miles a year, I'd be closing on 275k total miles at this point.

Had to replace it a little over a year ago with a rebuilt one from Greentec. So far, it's going strong. I can see the day on the horizon when I'll have to get something new, but I think I've got a couple of years left on this. If it can make 20 years (which would be August of 2027), that'll be pretty amazing.
Half the battle on keeping vehicles 20 years and beyond is rust, and being in So Cal makes that one readily achievable.
My driving has stopped drastically over the last 3 years due to getting past that covid and working from home, and i have a newer second car that i use for any longer trips now as well.
Good luck on keeping things running smooth, i love older vehicles as all new cars look the same to me that while they may drive better and have more features they do seem to lack being distinct. I liked the Escape because it was different look wise, more a cross between a truck and car rather than all these unibody SUV's today.
Cheers.
