Leaka in drivers side floorboard

When I run my ac on my 2020 escape and make a right turn my foot gets soaked. Anyone else have this and find a solution?

When an AC system operates it pulls moisture out of the air inside the vehicle. That moisture gets deposited on the Evaporator section inside the vehicle and drips to the bottom of the enclosure where there is a rubber membrane that allows the accumulated moisture to drain without letting any warm air to come back in through the drain..
If that drain is plugged or stuck closed it will not allow that moisture to exit and when enough get accumulated in the passage, it leaks out any way it can and that is usually on someone's feet sitting in the vehicle.
This should be a pretty quick fix and since it is a new vehicle , I would suggest having the dealership check it and any work should be covered by the warranty..
