Misifre

I have a 2006 Ford Escape limited v6, it is showing codes P0316 - misfire on startup, P0158 02 sensor bank 2, P0305 cylinder 5 misfire and C0703 which I don't know. I am currently in Florida and trying to get my truck back to nyc. I don't feel safe driving it like this even though it appears to only be misfiring slightly and only sometimes. Can I just change the coil on cylinder 5 and six plugs with the recommended OEM brand or I could also afford six aftermarket coils and six OEM plugs. I am not sure what's causing the misfire so I just assumed its either the coils or the plugs. Any help is greatly appreciated I really need to get this truck back home...

Since you have a long journey home, I would have a qualified person look at it to make sure you make it home..

You got multiple codes present relating to crankshaft/camshaft sensor(s), cylinder misfire and possible wiring issues as indicated by the C0703 code. The O2 sensors are likely setting codes because of the misfire issue. Plugs and an OEM coil replacement for #5 would be a good start. You can swap coils and see if a new code following the suspect coil is set. A fuel injector can cause the misfire too. There is no need to change all COP's. Anytime you have an O2 code, you can be risking damage to your converters.
