Relief valve fluid?
 

On the drivers side of the engine, there is a small what looks like a valve with a green color cap and a fluid coming out of the area. Can anyone help me identify what this is and if this is normal for this much fluid to be coming out? Thankshttps://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.for...e07d4d95d3.jpg
