I have a question on the timing belt..is there a spring loaded arm to put the timing belt on?? not sure how to get on without
just streching over pully??? maybe an easy way??

 

There is a tensioner that can be moved. It is the pulley below the cam gear. There is a bolt on each side. Once you loosen those two bolts you can use a pry bar or long screwdriver to push the tensioner towards the firewall and release the tension on the belt.
