1999 ZX2 Spark Plugs and Vibration

Hello all, a quick question, well actually, two. Number one, is anyone using Autolite Platinum Spark plugs in their vehicle and if so, are you using AP5144? If not, can you please tell me the model number? The other question I had concerns the crazy vibration in my girl's ZX2, it feels terrible. It feels like an out of balance washer on spin cycle! I put a scanner on it and did not come up with any trouble codes. It doesn't matter if the vehicle is in Neutral, Drive, or even Reverse, it rattles. Engine mounts perhaps? but on a 99? Any help would be great! Thanks!

Question #1 , nope , Question #2 , If its really that severe like a washer outta balance, HUmmm , Rough , I would think either a dead miss- firing cylinder, or a severe vaccum leak, Yea a 99 could have broken mounts 4 cyl runs rough anyways , Dont take much to shake things up :D , I would try shorting out 1 cyl at a time an see what happens , If you find one that dont make no differance in the way the motor runs , I would say thats your problem cyl . could be a bad injector, spark plug , wire ,

the problem with the vibration is usually due to the rear transmission mount. Once these wear the trans will bounce around. This is really noticeable on an automatic trans car especially when the car is in drive waiting at a stop light
