Hi. I'm trying to change the headlamp bulb on the driver's side of my 95 escort. While you would think this should be simple, I am having problems getting the old bulb out. The ring that is supposed to turn, doesn't want to budge. Am I missing something here? Any suggestions/help? Thanks.

 

I got it. Thanks! I had to spray it several times with WD40 and let it soak for about an hour before it finally gave. Thanks anyway.
