98 ford escort dome light and stereo
 

my stereo all of the sudden quick working. ok thats fine ill get a new one soon. i noticed my dome light wasnt working either a few days later.. i would see what the problem was in a couple days.. i got around to looking at the fuses and the dome light fuse was blown. so i put in an extra and it blew right away. the car was off and so was the switch. i put in a 15 fuse and it blew so i tried a 7.5 fuse and it blew.. i tried another 10 and 15 and all fuses blew.. it says to use a 10a fuse but nothing is working. it worked for most of the fuses for about 30 seconds then i heard a pop and looked at the fuse and it was blown. im thinking there is a short somewhere? making my stereo and dome light not work. any ideas?
