hey do anyone knows how to remove a factory stereo 4 a 1999 ford escort.... pls..i need help

 

Requires the radio release tools.. Some of the parts vendors sell them.. You insert them as shown into the access holes until they kind of 'click'.. Don't push them in too hard/far.. Then move each tool outward as you pull back on the hoops..

yea thatnks man i did that but when i insert the release tools the stereo wont come out because the ac things are plugged in too how do i removed them i tried but i couldnt do it..

You'll need to disconnect the heater/temperature cable (located next to the gas pedal) from the air temperature control door.

any one of you familier with 91 escourt 1.8 gt idel. its stuck at 2,000 and would be nice if I new how to adjust it.
