I recently ran into an issue where my power windows, radio, dome light, head lights while turned to automatic and theInstrument cluster do not work anymore. I have checked the fuses and everything seems to be fine with them. Any ideas of what I should check? He run's fine it sucks without the instrument cluster, windows, etc... not working. PLEASE HELP!

'Possibly' the Accessory Delay relay in the CJB, but, the Battery Saver, and Interior Lamp relays as well as the accessory delay are all controlled by a micro processor integrated into the cluster (not serviceable) as well as the Interior lamp and battery saver are non replaceable.

To prove it out, you can test at the Accessory Delay relay connector. How often does the issue occur? If you can do some circuit checks (?) at the relay connector, I can send you some test points to try and isolate a processor/relay issue, or as simple as the Delay Relay itself before a replacement..
