7.3 L turbo shuts off in the rain

I have a 2001 Excursion with the 7.3 L diesel. Over the past year the motor shuts off on days when there is a lot of humidity and/or rain. Especially when sitting in traffic in the rain. Is this a common problem? I imagine it is something electrical. Does anyone have any insight as to which electrical componet may be at fault? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Maybe Cam Sensor. Need to run codes and look for P0340 or P0344. Otherwise look for wire chafing at left hand valve cover near bracket that hold air inlet to valve cover.

Man -o-man, I just came accross this in another forum. I think it was the ICP harness down in front of the firewall but behind the inner fender. I don't know what the factory uses in the plugs but you can use dyelectric gel to seal out water and promote contact.
