Fuel control module is on the left frame rail, below the drivers position.. Pump pressure should be 45-58lbs or so...

The correct place to check the fuel pressure is at the secondary fuel filter housing next to the oil filter, but requires special adapter to do it. But I would not be worried about fuel pressure as much as oil pressure. I would suspect the STC (snap to connect) fitting on the rear of the high pressure pump or the branch tube in the block is leaking. Has been known concern on the 05-06 trucks and vans.
