I have a 2004 F150 Crew cab and I don't know ion this relates to your situation but here goes.
I had just finished changing out the 3rd top brake light just to find out my instrument panel, automatic windows gas gauge etc were not working.
I checked the fuses and didn't find any bad ones. I made an appointment at Ford because I was getting out of my range of experience, and was afraid to mess anything up further.
My neighbor friend said are you sure you checked all the fuses because it pays to check again. Come to find out there was a 15 Amp fuse in location 6 in the manual controlling Park lamps,
BSM Instrument panel illumination that was burned out. I missed it the first time. I put in a new fuse and WALA! everything worked.
AND this controls everything you talked about in your post. Power windows, radio, dome lights, and instrument cluster. Always recheck fuses properly is what I learned.
