Radio does not turn off when door opens
 

OK I just replaced the alternator in my '02 Excursion 7.4 PS with 115K miles. I stopped for coffee and when I got out I noticed the radio stayed on, the windows still went up/down and my factory key fob doesn't lock/unlock the doors. The radio did time out after 5 minutes or so and turn off.
O...and the door ajar light is on too.
HELP!
