04 EB Memory seat

04 Expedition EB power seat w/memory won't move fwd/back. Motor spins when disconnected from track. Actually, left track moves, right track stuck. All other motors function properly. 2 questions -

1.) can the track be repaired and if so, how?
2.) isa Pwr Seat track same as a Power Seat w/memory track?

Any help appreciated.
