Default Adding Heated/Signal side mirrors

I have a 2000 Expedition XLT with manual folding, power adjustable, w/o heat, w/o signal side mirrors. My driver side needs to be replaced due to the mirror being broken. I have seen posts that it is possible (f150) to replace them with heated turn signal versions but can't seem to find a definitive answer if it is possible for the expedition and if so a part number or a compatible year. Can anyone help me with this?

If someone has definitely done that, great. If no definite reply, your best bet is to check with a Ford parts dept. They have all the info of what fits what years and while there they might even be able to tell you if they have the necessary parts to do the job. Everything s dependent on VIN numbers so have that handy when checking.
