08 Ford Expedition turn signal problems

08 Expedition right turn signal comes on by itself and left turn signal not working at all. Replaced the turn signal switch. Any advice what to do next

Need a capable scan tool to check lighting module health. Something is going on with it.

Just about all requests/commands now go through a certain module, no longer directly wired.
