It's a hellova job. Get beer and a friend.

Drain radiator/remove instrument panel/Compress tabs to disconnect hoses from core/remove plenum assy/unscrew top half of plenum/remove blend door assy from case/ remove and replace core.

Good luck.

Marino, you dont wanna go there my friend. Its a 650.00 to 800 dollar job with 90 percent of the cost being labor. I looked at the time it would take me to go (star trek)-(boldy go where no man has gone before) and decided I have better things to do forthe couple of days it would take me to get itdone. I think the ford engineer who designed this system was smoking crack when he said put the heater core under the dash.

There is a video on youtube that does a pretty great job of showing how to do it.

It is very, very labor intensive!
