2000 expedition air noise in heater core.
 

I had a leaky heater core. Changed it out. Put it all back together and had air in the system. 500 miles later it still has the rushing air noise at higher rpm. Is it possible for the quick disconnect fittings to suck in air when it cools down? I don't have any leaks.
