Default Brake Squeal

I have been doing my own brakes for over 20 years now and I have a problem that I can't remedy.
My Expedition is a 2000 XLT 5.4L
The right rear brake started squealing so I figured it was time to change the pads but when I removed them (especially on the right rear) there was still a good amount of pad left. I decided to change them anyway. Still the squeal was in the right rear. I tried different pads (hard, soft, med) installed new rotors and the squeal was still there (always in the right rear). I took it to the local dealership and they changed the pads, called it ready but the squeal was still there (right rear). I took it back and they changed the caliper and suposibly the brake line (rubber section only) to the right rear, called it ready but after a couple of months the squeal came back. Since then the warranty has expired and Ford refuses to help me now.
I'm out of ideas.

Your input will be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure it is not the P-brake hanging up which is located behind the rotor.

I'm not sure but will check that. It only squeals when I apply the brake. If the parking brake was hanging up wouldn't it squeal even when I don't apply the brakes??

Thanks for your input
