can't get rotors off 98 expedition

I want to do a break job on my bro's 98 expedition, 4x4, Eddie Bauer. I removed the caliper, the pads, the caliper support arm. can't get the rotor off. I have attached a puller, I have soaked the area where the tophat fits on the hub with kroil, I have heated it up with a torch and beat on it with a sledge hammer, all at the same time. It won't budge. I've done a hundred brake jobs. What am I missing to get this damn rotor off? Please help!!!

I've seen them rusted on so bad the ONLY thing that worked was a bigger hammer and a new set of rotors.
No puller is going to help you with that. If you're yanking on it by the studs, you're doing it wrong. The rotor slides over the studs. Once you get the rotors off by any method, make sure to clean the hub real good with sandpaper/wire brush so you don't get brake shimmy afterwards from left over rusty high spots.

I know this is old post, but for anyone reading... On the rear end of the Expedition, the parking brake system is IN-SIDE the rotor Top Hat.. If the parking brake is adjusted out too far, you will NOT pull the rotor off..! Adjust the parking brake adjuster to loosen the inner brake shoes and it should come off..
