effect of performance rims 24' on truck

I have recently purchased performance rims 24' for my 2004 baby. I wonder what are the negatives of such change. Thank you.

I had 19" rims on my SVT focus andI was constently ruining tires going in and out of parking lots. You have to remember the smaller the sidewall of a tirethe less give it will have when hitting potholes, bumps... It will also greatly diminish the ride Quality.

I'm sure it would LOOK great though!
