RE: EGR
I replaced the EGR and cleared the code. Drove about 20 miles and no issue. When I restarted the truck and headed back home the service light came back on. I ran back to Auto Zone and the code again is P0401. Anyone have ideas?

RE: EGR
Very possible the DPFE sensor..
DPFE monitors EGR 'flow' through the EGR valve tube, and sends an EGR 'flow rate' signal to the PCM.. Could be carbon/restriction issues, or theEGR vacuum regulator solenoid, but the DPFE has a fairly high failure rate due to heat, moisture ect.. RE: EGR
Replaced the DPFE sensor yesterday evening. My wife drive the truck to work today and ran some errands and so far the engine service light remains off. Thanks for all your help!!!
