engine oil cooler on '98 Expedition

engine oil cooler on '98 Expedition
I hear that an engine oil cooler is available for '98 Expedition. Supposedly, thisuses coolant (antifreeze) to cool oil (NOT a finned air cooler).What do you know about this? Is it offered as part of towing package?
