Factory coil springs
 
I have a 2004 expy eb 2wd. The ride is very stiff. The coil springs that are on it are Ford Motor Company - 3L14-53310-BA in the front and 4L14-5534AA in the rear. Does anyone know if this is a heavy duty spring?
