Please help! My 2018 Ford Expedition is randomly stalling and it is also having issues starting sometimes. I attached a video of what it is doing when it has issues starting. We have taken it to the Ford dealership but they are not able to get a code from it. Could it be the powertrain control module? Thanks in advance!

 

Without fault codes and being unable to duplicate the complaint we basically cannot do anything.
Ford PCM's do not fail very often, I have replaced one PCM over 3 years.
