My 2000 expedition seems to make this sound in the rear every so often but especially when hitting over bumps. It sounds like a bed spring that re-peats after every bump then doesn't when driving on smooth road. I already have to replace the rear differensial (sp?) seals, but what else is contributing to this sound???
