Default MACH AUDIO SYSTEM

I RECENTLY BOUGHT AN '01 EXPEDITION AND THERE IS NO BASS COMING FROM THE RADIO. I TOOK OFF THE REAR PANEL OVER THE SUBWOOFER AND FOUND THAT THE SUBWOOFER IS NOT MAKING ANY NOISE. ACCORDING TO MY HAYNES MANUAL THERE ARE 4 FUSES IN THE AUDIO SYSTEM, I ONLY KNOW OF TWO OF THEIR LOCATIONS. WHERE IS THE FUSE FOR THE AMPLIFIER FOR THE SUBWOOFER?? WHERE IS THE MAIN AMPLIFIER LOCATED?? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I had the same problem, and i willing to bet money that the amplifier is bad, my dealer replaced mine for free because they go
out all the time. by the way there is no fuse, only fuse for the radio.

there is only one amplifier and it is located next to the subwoofer, its the little silver box to the left that is really hard to get too. that would more than likely be your problem.
