need some engine help please!!!!!
 

I apologize if this is not the correct forum for this so if it aint let me know. I have a 2003 expedition 4.6 that I am trying to change the timing chain in. It was rattling bad so I pulled it down to put in a new set of chains ect. Here is the problem I run it up to top dead center before removing the chains and tensioners the drivers side cam was off a couple of links(probably why it was running rough) so I got the bright idea that after removing the tensioner on that side I would just try and move the cam to get it back where it should be well that didnt work now I have removed the chains ect and the cams have moved a little. the crankshaft is where it is suppose to be how do I get the cams back where they need to be before putting the new chains on. Sorry this is a first on one of these.Any help would be appreciated.
