Unexpectantly died, help

99 Expi. Eddie Bower. 165X miles, Driving down the road, just turned off. Everything went dead. Initially happend yesterday. Charged battery over night. Test drove this morning and the same thing happend. Pulled over and restarted with no problem. No warning lights are coming on. When it went dead nothing was on. Just like the electrical power dissapeared. Volt checked the charging system and that shows 14+V. Ran it in the drive way with A/C, lights and rear window defroster. There was no problems noted during this test.
Any suggestions on what to check.
Thank You..

you should have the charging system checked to see if the starter is drawing to many amps or to see if something is discharging , may the starter cable running from the starter selonoid.

Thanks for the suggestion
I ran it with all the acces. on and then it showed up. A drop in the charging from the Alt. Replaced it and it seems to be fine.
