Tire vibration issues usually get worse the higher the speed. Could be a rim bent. I assume when you say you have two different sets of tires you mean that the tires installed at this time are two different brands.

Unless vehicle shakes when braking I wouldn't worry about the rotors. If you mentioned the vibration when you had the tires balanced the shop should have watched the tread to see if there was anything wrong with the tires. Where in the vehicle do you feel the shaking, steering wheel, seat, other. Jack up the vehicle and check the front suspension components for any play. Have you gotten an alignment in the recent past?
