03 Sport Trac 4.0 sohc No Start
 

Help...
I have an 03 Sport Trac 4.0. ~108,000 trouble free miles. Lately started ..not starting. had towed to dealer, of course it started for them, they scanned, no codes. Starts when she wants. No specific conditions, hot- cold sit time 5mins- 3 days. Can fuel pump be going? I can't drive her anymore, I am afraid of me and daughter getting stranded...she turns over, wants to start. Sounds kinda like when my lawn mower is outta gas...

Could be fuel pump, but as 108,000 miles...When was the fuel fiter, plugs, wires, air filter replaced? MAF sensor cleaned? IAC checked for operation/crud build up?

pulled and cleaned IAC. No noise at fuel tank when key turned on. I checked my Ranger, F250, F150 and can hear a pump when key turned, but not in my Sport Trac. I checked fuses and swapped relays... Gonna drop tank this weekend, hope thats it...
