My Grandparents recently purchased an '04 explorer. The dealer did not have the keycode for the door. I have pulled the right rear panel off and have the 5 digit code in hand. I put the numbers in the keypad, but nothing happens..the lights on the keypad come on so I know it works..any suggestions?????
