04 Explorer not starting (Anti-Theft?)
 

Hello all, I am currently having a major issue with my 04 explorer not starting. I have replaced the starter, and the battery as well as had a locksmith come out to program a new key. After the locksmith programmed the key it fired up, I drove it around the block and it never started again. I have noticed the anti theft light on the dash blinking rapidly still. I am at the end of the rope with ideas and hoping someone can give me some insight. Attached below are the codes I received after the locksmith left. I do not have access to the original key and he only programmed one key.

You always get at least 2 coded keys. Keys can lose their coding.

If y0ou have 2 coded keys that work you can code addl keys yourself.
