05 Ford Explorer

I have a 05 Explorer. First problem was that my AC compressor pump went out so we put a bypass pulley along with a new belt on. Drove it maybe 15 minutes and the failsafe engine mode comes on making my car die. We pop the hood and see that the new belt started shredding and was tangles around the fan so we got that all straightened up. Now it won't start. We replaced the throttle body because it's been showing fail safe before the A.c. went out. Now my car will crank but no start. We have reset the PCM, checked the fuel switch, the battery is good, throttle sensor is good, no other problems before all this happend. When I go to start my car you can't hear the fuel pump kick on and there are no issues with the fuel pump. What could it be? How can I fix it without going to a garage?
