Default 1992 Explorer Power Steering Pump Pulley
How do I install a pulley onto my power steering pump in the Chilton's book it looks like it just snaps on or something to that affect?

You need a special tool to remove and install the pulley on the pump. The pulley is actually "pressed" on the shaft with the tool. You can even rent the tool free at a parts store.
