1992 starting problem
 

I am having solenoid clicks when attempting to start. It will click and then start after 2-3 seconds. I replaced the fender solenoid, starter, battery, and both cables. And the problem is still the same. The only thing that changes was the solenoid clicksgot faster after I changed the battery. Ideas?
