Having issues with my 1994 Ford Explorer. It will start and go for a mile or 2, and then just shut off and not start for 25 or 30 minutes. Sometimes, it will run for a day or two, and then start shutting off again. I need to get this corrected asap as I only have this vehicle and need it for work.
Any help will be greatly appreciated and I will reward anyone who can help with this...Grayson

 

Does the truck start at all after it shuts off. Can you start it with some starting fluid by spraying a continual mist into the aircleaner while someone workes the ignition and throttle?

 

It sometimes will eventually start. Just like today. It has not started at all since Sunday at about 3pm. It is now 12:33pm Monday night, and I just went out and it started. Makes no since to me at all.
