1997 F150 Fuse Box

No Not Missing,Auto Mechanic says the bottom 1/4 of box not working,Trying to find replacement as Ford no longer makes them.Local salvage yards don’t have...This all started out with truck going into 4x4 by itself couldn’t control. Finally replaced Gem Module and I think this worked. But now I’m having problems starting,Some days starts right up next time Nope,Nothing!Next time One click like maybe Solenoid,Click on off a few times then it hits and starts Next time starts right up.The last time Nothing,Lights on dash light up but no attempt to start.Mechanic found a relay bad some place and is now trying to find that But still I need this Fuse box

Try Vintage Parts Inc.
Beaver Dam, Wisc/., they might have what you're looking for.
Last but not least, If you or whoever does your vehicle electrical work, want to run a few multiple fuse set-ups ,you could successfully by pass the present fuse panel. They do make various number of fuse panels and it would be a little work, but would solve the problem if all else fails.

After rereadng your post, there may something other than fuse panel problem Before going through the trouble of replacing all that ,I would suggest some voltage drop testing starting with the ign sw. then the starter relay under the hood and possibly even the starter itself You could be chasing a wild goose if you don't consider verifying everything in the starting circuit . This is how I get in trouble, Is the reason you want to replace the fuse panel because of the starting problem?
