1998 Ford Explore WILL NOT START

Guys, I need some serious help. I have a 1998 SOHC v6 Explorer. One day I changed the oil and the filter, and then I changed my door handle because it was broke and needed to be replaced. After I did all that I tried to start my car to get oil circulated through the filter and then recheck the level. It did not start ever again. I have done EVERYTHING to try and get it to start, check fuel and oil pressure, new pluds, new intake o-rings, new filter, new spark plug wires, to timing chain tensioners, EVERYTHING. But when we plug my car into this ridiculous POS Auto Computer we have, it always comes up that the Theft dtector or something is on. Can ANYONE inform me on what might be going on?

Double check your door handle replacement. Ford's active and perimeter anti-theft systems use inputs from the door latch and hood/trunk pin switches to detect if someone is trying to break into a vehicle. Ford passive anti-theft Systems (PATS) come in two configurations. The first takes away the ability to crank the engine over, using a starter interrupt relay to control the starter relay. The second configuration allows the engine to crank, but takes the fuel injector pulse away.

Is this also used on the 2002 Exp sport? My vehicle will only start w/ starter fluid but won't continue running. Can the system be reset by disconnecting the neg batt terminal?
