2000 Explorer Tuneup

I have a 2000 Explorer with 69K miles and it gets 13.8 miles/gal in the city with some highway mixed in. It still runs good. Should I be tuning it up to improve my mileage or is this the best I will get? If I should do a tuneup, what should I replace/clean?

Thanks

RE: 2000 Explorer Tuneup

Hi, it's always a good think to do regular maintenance. I would check/replace air filterr, PCV, spark plugs, spark plug wires, gas filter and check all the level. You also want to change the prestone, especially if you live in cold states.

Nic.
