2002 explorer car alarm issues.
 

I had my mechanic replace my car starter in my 2002 4.0 V6 explorer. After putting the new starter in, the car alarm kept going off. he disconnected the horn in the meantime. But he cannot figure out why the alarm keeps going off after replacing the starter. Its starts fine and the keyless entry works as well. When driving there is a clicking sound in the dash board and the radio/dash lights flicker as if the alarm was going off......any ideas??? thanks in advance
