2002 ford explorer dont start

So my 2002 Ford explorer 4.6 won't start, I turn the key and nothing, silence. I tested my battery, good. I tested my starter, good. I checked my relays, good. I bought an ignition switch, still nothing. All the lights turn on radio turns on dash lights on. I don't know what the problem is and I don't want to take it in to a mechanic yet. Can any one help?please.

Something you might check would be the MLPS (manual lever position switch) formally the neutral safety switch.
