2002 Window Problem
 

Folks, thank you in advance for your help here. I have an Explorer 2002 Eddie Bauer

I have a problem with the passenger door window. I hear the motor running but the window does not move. I removed the paner and the covers and I see the cable battered. I a, trying to find out how to fix this out but I cannot find any information anywhere regarding this. I know the dealer will charge me at least 200 bucks in labor to fix this out.

Have any of you been in the same situation? how did you fix it?

There's no other choice but to replace the window regulator assembly. If you buy the part, it's not too terribly difficult to change.

Thank you very much. would you mind providing a link to the part? I tried and cannot find for a 2002 SUV. sorry about my ignorance :)
