2004 4.0L flex, misfire bank 1

I purchased a 2004 Explorer XLT last week with a 4.0L Flex (K), automatic transmission, 2 wheel drive, and it had a skip when I got it, and engine light on. Was good deal, probably plugs or coil? so took the chance. On way home engine light starts flashing. Got home read the codes and got P0316, P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303 and lastly (if that's not enough) P0106. It misfires only on the Number 1 bank, all codes point to number 1 bank. Changed coil, plugs with Motorcraft Platinums, and plug wires. Have sprayed 1 1/2 cans of starter fluid around intake and vacuum hoses to no avail. took by mechanics today he thought may be head gasket on #1 Bank. He did a test with the blue liquid poured in clear tube to see if exhaust gases were in coolant, he found none. He didn't have time to do anything else today. He stated could be MAF, but has no code and would that only effect 1 bank? The misfires seem to be all on Bank 1 effecting all 3 cylinders, this is getting nerve racking, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

It might be a good idea to look at the crank sensor and the wiring to see if there are any poor connections where it plugs into the wiring going up to the top of the engine. Also look for any places where the crank sensor wires could be rubbing against another metal part of the engine or vehicle. Could someone have put the incorrect fuel in the tank?
A cam problem could do this , let's hope it's not that.

Thanks will try that tomorrow. May also try a used donor maf sensor just to see it that helps but I don't see how the maf would only throw the one side out.
