I have a 2004 ford explorer and just recently myrear passenger power window quit working, and the front passenger window sounds like it may be about to do the same thing. The motor engages when you try toput it up/down however the window doesn't move and there is a disturbing grinding noise anyone with any help or expirience with anything similar would be really appreciated.....
