2014 Explorer2nd row seat wiring (jumper needed)

Hello, First post here.
I have a 2014 Explorer with a inflatable seat belt option. I'm removing the 2nd row seats . when I disconnect the wiring harness to the seats a orange light on the dash remans on....aggravating to say the least.
Any way to jumper or turn off light?? btw, there heated.
thanks, mike messner

Thats your airbag fault light, i suppose you could buy new mqtchimg connectors and connect wires to trick the vehicle into thinking the seat is still there, not sure how the airbag system will work in a wreck with fault codes.

Ok so here is the wiring diagram and connector views for both seats along with pigtail kit info.
So the airbags would have a certain amount of resistance that the module checks to make sure there arent any faults.
In theory you should be able to buy the correct male or female pigtail kit, whichever the side the seat has, and splice a resistor that matches what the airbag resistance is to the wires for pins 17 & 18, this should trick the vehicle into thinking the seat is connector.
I believe the correct range of resistance is 1.44 ohms to 3.52 ohms. Best way would be to check resistance of the actual seats to double check though.
